Do you sell any personal information?
No. We value your privacy and do not sell personal information for any purpose.
If I request that my information be deleted, what are some of the consequences? Could I still place an order, sign up for your mailing list, book a cabine, etc. in the future?
If you choose to delete your personal information from our systems, you will for example need to re-enter contact and payment details for future purchases or reservations, and you may no longer receive promotional offers from us. You are welcome to opt back in or place an order at any time.
Could a request be denied?
There are some exceptions to the information we are allowed to delete. For example if we or our service providers are required to retain your information to complete a transaction, fulfill an ongoing obligation, perform a contract, detect and protect against security incidents, or comply with a legal obligation.
Yes. For example, if we are unable to verify your identity and confirm the personal information relates to you, we may deny a request until we receive sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information.
How can I find out what information you may have about me or request that it be deleted?
You may submit a verifiable request for access or deletion by online submission at The Coppola Privacy Portal. We do require that you submit your request by logging into your account to securely verify your identity. You may also submit questions to email@example.com or by calling 855-COPPOLA.
For what purposes do you collect or share personal information, and who might you share it with?
Our primary purpose for collecting information is to fulfill a request made by you. As an example, if you place a wine order online with us, we need to share information for shipping compliance verification, payment processing, shipping services, sales tax collection, etc.
What types of personal information do you collect, and where does it come from?
We only collect information provided by you, directly, or indirectly. For example, we may collect personal information when you sign up for our mailing list, place an order, or participate in our rewards program. We do not purchase mailing lists.
